The Minnesota Department of Health is updating daily its list of congregate care facilities facing coronavirus exposure. An “exposure” is defined as a COVID-19 exposure either from a resident, staff member, or a visiting service provider. Health officials say the list is cumulative and facilities may not have ongoing transmission of the virus. Facilities with less than 10 beds will not be included in the list.At least ten percent of the confirmed cases of the new coronavirus in Minnesota have been found in long term care facilities.
