Good news if you’re looking to retire in Minnesota. Minnesota comes in 4th in a new study ranking the safest states for seniors. Our neighboring state of Iowa ranks #1. The United States has a record number of people 65 and older, nearly 50 million. The study analyzed the most recent data from the U.S. Census Bureau in several categories including fraud, housing costs and 65-plus population living in poverty.
